Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to love your VERSO Brow Stamp Kit. If you're not completely 
satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- The item must not be damaged or missing parts

Due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used 
products unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us at email or WhatsApp US at +447853756511 with your order number and reason for 
return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval 
status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method 
within 5-10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item 
arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover the 
cost or send a replacement.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange 
a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

EXCHANGES

Need a different shade? Contact us within 14 days and we'll help arrange 
an exchange, subject to availability.
